The fans are designed to simultaneously exhaust smoke generated during a fire, and remove heat out of the premise or building. Used for continuous operation in general ventilation systems. The fans are used for continuous operation at ambient temperatures ranging from -60 °C up to +50 °C (based on the climatic category, see designation key); at temperatures of 300 °С in smoke exhaust mode – up to 2 hours. Fans with a fire resistance rating of 200 °С/2 hours and 400 °С/2 hours can be made on request. Technical data of the 200 °С/2 hours and 400 °С/2 hours rated fans are fully identical to those rated 300 °С/2 hours.
The fans are equipped with three-phase motors rated for 400 V / 50 Hz. Depending on the model, single-speed or two-speed ones are used.
The impeller can have 6 or 8 blades at an angle ranging from 11° to 45° , which allows the fan to be selected as close as possible to the specified point of operation. The blades are made of cast aluminium or steel (depending on the model). The special shape of the blades ensures high efficiency while providing minimum noise.
The fan has a metal casing with rolled flanges, which ensures high rigidity and minimal clearance between the casing and the impeller. There is an inspection hatch provided for comfortable maintenance. A built-in hood provides effective protection from precipitation. All fan's components are polymer coated, which ensures its durability if exposed to atmospheric conditions.
